Pastry Chef de Partie  Paris

Duration: 6 months
Where: Paris 15 th
Language level: french B1 level and English B2 level
Gratification: : Legal internship
Advantages: 50% of transportation fees (metro card), 1 staff meal during working hours, 2 non-consecutive days off and night shift possible

Who are we ?

Our restaurant bases its cuisine on French traditions influenced by the flavours of the world and revisited with a modern vision. We work exclusively with producers and ranchers that respect our policy and our philosophy of local and seasonal cuisine. With us, there is no fixed menu but rather daily unique creations. Coming to eat at our restaurant is to ensure respect for the products and never to eat the same thing twice. Customers can thus have a brand new experience and go along with the Chef’s desires.

Your duties

  • Cooperate with your managers on placing orders 
  • Be proactive in improving recipes and developing new pastries and desserts 
  • Train the assistants 
  •  Plate desserts and send them to dining room staff for service 
  • Comply with procedures, food safety and hygiene regulations, and carry out monitoring in accordance with HACCP standards 
  • Clean and disinfect work areas and equipment 

Your profile

  • Ability to adapt, flexibility 
  • Punctual, motivated, responsive, and independent 
  • Ability to work in a team and pedagogy 
  •   Resistant to stress, endurance 
  • CAP (Certificate of professional competence) or BTM (Technical trade certificate) or CM (Complementary mention) in process or other education in Pastry in specialized schools 

This position of Pastry Chef will open the doors to rigour, respect for products and traditions.
