Assistant to the room service manager
Duration: 6 months
Where: Paris 4th
Language level: French (minimum B1 if foreign), English level B2 and a third language would be a plus
Gratification Legal internship
Advantages: 50% of transportation fees (metro card), 1 staff meal during working hours, 2 non-consecutive days off and night shifts schedules possible

Your duties
- Set up the breakfast room (cleaning, polishing, etc.)
- Take care of orders and deliveries
- Prepare room-service orders
- Carry out room service and bussing
- Arrangement of hospitality products in the room according to the VIP code and the client’s seniority (chocolate, fruit, champagne, etc.)
- Monitor, manage, and supply the Room Service pantry
- Place the necessary orders
- Be familiar with the products and the menu
- Anticipate customer needs
- Be able to advise customers
Your profile
- Personality: team spirit, curiosity, and thoroughness, business sense, responsiveness, decision-making, and initiative.
- Experience: entry level
- Perfect command of several foreign languages, among which English
- Program : Professional degree, BTS (Advanced vocational certificate) in HR with an major in restaurant and catering or a 1 st year in a Hospitality management school.
This Assistant Room Service Manager position will open the doors to team management, hospitality organisation,and customer satisfaction, then allow you to become familiar with an important food service department.
