Assitant to Guest Relation manager Paris

Duration: 6 months
Where: Paris 8th
Language level: french (minimum B1 if foreign), English level B2 and a third language would be a plus
Gratification: legal internship
Advantages: 50% of transportation fees (metro card), 1 staff meal during working hours and 2 non-consecutive days off

Your duties

  • Actively participate in marketing the hotel with the role of an enthusiastic and cheerful advisor upstream of reservations. Your strength of conviction with future customers will be tied to full knowledge of the product and its local surroundings.
  • Ensure optimal follow-up of customers’ stays with advanced preparation and by minding the specifics of arrivals and departures.
  • Listening attentively to customers every day will allow you to provide them with a unique personal experience. And this must always be provided with a smile and friendliness!
  • Being rigorous and involved will allow you to perform precise work in accordance with current procedures, but you will make sure that the customers are as unaware as possible of the technical and administrative aspects of the tasks (CI/CO/invoicing, etc.).
  • Having a refined knowledge of our guests, you will know how to provide them with a piece of the dream.

Your profile

  • “No”, “that’s not possible”, and “I don’t know” will not be part of your vocabulary. You will always have the true intention of finding a solution or the desired information.
  • You have the soul of a “butler” and the satisfaction of your customers is your main priority; you will therefore be called upon to help your colleagues in other departments when the need arises.
  • You have had an initial experience in an establishment of the same standing.
  • You are comfortable with computer tools and proficient in at least one type of hotel software
  • Fluency in three or four foreign languages
  • Organisational, leadership, and interpersonal skills, discretion, and diplomacy are required 
  • Excellent appearance
