Assistant Reception Manager in Paris
Duration: 6 months
Where: Paris 8th
Language level: french (minimum B1 if foreign), English level B2 and a third language would be a plus
Gratification: legal internship
Advantages: 50% of transportation fees (metro card), 1 staff meal during working hours and 2 non-consecutive days off

Your duties
- Ensure the proper operations of his or her department (day and night) in the absence of the Reception Manager.
- Ensure that the staff offers an extraordinary experience and customised service to each of our guests by implementing the procedures established by management
- Help the Reception Manager in all operational, managerial, and administrative management of his or her department.
- Supervise and train day and night reception-concierge staff in cooperation with the Reception Manager
- Manage any customer dissatisfaction or comments
- Ensure the monitoring and proper implementation of affiliate programs
- Organise information and training meetings, motivate staff (performance, results, events).

- Perfect command of several foreign languages, among which English
