Assistant Reception Manager in Paris

Duration: 6 months
Where: Paris 8th
Language level: french (minimum B1 if foreign), English level B2 and a third language would be a plus
Gratification: legal internship
Advantages: 50% of transportation fees (metro card), 1 staff meal during working hours and 2 non-consecutive days off

Your duties

  • Ensure the proper operations of his or her department (day and night) in the absence of the Reception Manager.
  • Ensure that the staff offers an extraordinary experience and customised service to each of our guests by implementing the procedures established by management
  • Help the Reception Manager in all operational, managerial, and administrative management of his or her department.
  • Supervise and train day and night reception-concierge staff in cooperation with the Reception Manager
  • Manage any customer dissatisfaction or comments
  • Ensure the monitoring and proper implementation of affiliate programs
  • Organise information and training meetings, motivate staff (performance, results, events).
