Receptionist in Paris
Duration: 6 months
Where: Paris 9th
Language level: french (minimum B1 if foreign), English level B2 and a third language would be a plus
Gratification: legal internship
Advantages: 50% of transportation fees (metro card), 1 staff meal during working hours and 2 non-consecutive days off
Who are we ?
Your duties
- Welcoming clients
- Supervise and ensure check-in and check-out
- Manage reservations by phone or email, management of OTA
- Participate in all daily Reception and Concierge operations
- See to the highest level of satisfaction for all customers throughout their stay by providing impeccable serviceSupervise all Housekeeping, Linens, and Laundry department staff whose efficiency and work he/she coordinates in order to ensure flawless quality of service for customers
Your profile
- Fluency in foreign languages: French, English, and another foreign language would be valued
- Taste for versatility with a strong sense of organisation
- Smiling, dynamic, serious, motivated, passionate and focused on customer satisfaction.
