Assistant HR intern Paris
Duration: 6 months
Where: Paris 1st
Language level: French (minimum B1 if foreign), English level B2 and a third language would be a plus
Gratification: legal internship
Advantages: 50% of transportation fees (metro card), 1 staff meal during working hours and 2 non-consecutive days off
Who are we ?
Your duties
- Welcome and integrate new employees (hotel visit, uniforms, etc.)
- Carry out the administrative management of staff (preparation of new hire files, daily support, time management software, etc.)
- Organise training and medical visits
- Enrol employees in mutual insurance and provident funds
- Exit management support (return of uniforms, exit documents, etc.)
- Participate in recruitment: advertisement of positions to be filled, sorting of CVs, follow-up on appointments, contact with schools, etc.
- Be proactive in internal communication and team building activities
- Assist the HR Director in daily tasks

- Passionate about the hospitality industry; an initial experience as an intern at a hotel will be valued
