Duration: 6 months
Where: Paris 15 th
Language level: french B1 level and English B2 level
Gratification:  legal internship
Advantages: 50% of transportation fees (metro card), 1 staff meal during working hours, 2 non-consecutive days off and split shifts schedules probable (work breaks between shifts)

Who are we ?

Our restaurant bases its cuisine on French traditions influenced by the flavours of the world and revisited with a modern vision. We work exclusively with producers and ranchers that respect our policy and our philosophy of local and seasonal cuisine. With us, there is no fixed menu but rather daily unique creations. Coming to eat at our restaurant is to ensure respect for the products and never to eat the same thing twice. Customers can thus have a brand new experience and go along with the Chef’s desires.

Your duties

  • Prepare edible goods for the purpose of culinary production and participate in service
  • Replenish the set-up during service
  • Prepare garnishes
  • Make cold and hot preparations.
  • Comply with procedures, food safety and hygiene regulations, and HACCP standards
  • Clean and disinfect work areas and equipment
