Duration: 6 months
Where: Paris 7 th
Language level: french B1 level and English B2 level
Gratification: : Legal internship
Advantages: 50% of transportation fees (metro card), 1 staff meal during working hours, 2 non-consecutive days off and night shift possible

Your duties

  • Make creams and fillings according to production needs.
  • Be proactive in improving recipes and developing new pastries
  • Manage interns and apprentices who have less experience than you
  • Contribute to the achievement of the department’s objectives (customer satisfaction, material costs, etc.)
  • Implement and enforce hygiene and food safety rules.
  • Respect and ensure respect for the material and equipment provided

Your profile

  • Organised and enthusiastic
  • Responsible and reliable
  • Versatility
  • Good communication, ability to work and to manage a teamCAP (Certificate of professional competence) in pastry then BTM (Technical trade certificate) and Bachelor or other education in Pastry in specialized teaching institutions
  • Previous internship experience at a similar company is essential
