Receptionist in Paris
Duration: 6 months
Where: Paris La Défense
Language level: french (minimum B1 if foreign), English level B2 and a third language would be a plus
Gratification: legal internship
Advantages: 50% of transportation fees (metro card), 1 staff meal during working hours and 2 non-consecutive days off
Who are we ?
Your duties
- Welcome and advise our customers with professionalism and in compliance with quality procedures
- Ensure check-in and check-out
- Manage reservations and customer accounts
- Ensure the smooth running of the guest’s stay
- Manage reservations by phone or email, management of OTA
- Recording, centralising and controlling all customer transactions
- Work closely on a daily basis and communicate effectively with all departments: Porters-Valets, Housekeeping, Accounting, Dining, Technical, etc.
Your profile
- Perfect command of several foreign languages, among which English
- Ability to ensure a sustained pace of work with a strong team spirit and a perfect organisation
- Have a sense of sales and hospitality
- Have a good proficiency in computer tools
