While Talent Developer continues to deploy in several countries abroad, it is with the Ivory Coast that the exchanges have so far borne the most fruit since the beginning of this new year! With the health crisis, many students are still hesitating to take the plunge and come to the capital of gastronomy and luxury, even if requests are once again coming in regular waves.
In partnership with the IMGH school in Abidjan, Talent Developer recently accompanied 5 students to come and carry out the internship of their dreams in Paris! Thanks to their address book and their contacts in the industry, Estrella Maillet and Philippine Freiman enabled these young people to access superb hotels to gain knowledge. These trainees , who had never had the opportunity to increase their skills, were very satisfied. Anne-Sephora, for example, had the chance to join the Deltour group for her 6-month internship at the Hotel de Fleurie and the Hotel de Saint Germain. Another student, Luc Eric Lida, joined the Maison Mère hotel, a typically Parisian establishment with a young and dynamic atmosphere, as a valet. Talent Developer continues to expand! After meeting Doumbia and talking about her project and her desires, her profile caught the attention of the Maillet-Freiman duo who arranged for her to meet with the Innside hotel teams from Meliá Group, which she subsequently joined as Junior General Housekeeper. N’Guetta Arnaud Jean-Elie also joined his dream internship at the Hotel L’Echiquier Opéra Paris an MGallery hotel from Accor group for a 6 month internship in the kitchen. The last student freshly arrived from the Ivory Coast and more precisely from the partnership with the IMGH school in Abidjan which Talent Developer placed for his internship, is Wilfried, a young man full of ambition! Estrella Maillet saw his potential and organised an interview at the Crillon Hotel (one of the most prestigious hotels in Paris) which he passed with flying colours! A unique opportunity for Wilfried to train at the highest level to help the hotel industry in his country take off as soon as he returns!

Talent Developer does not stop and it works! Since the beginning of last summer, the team has been putting TikTok videos online and has no hesitation in highlighting the various establishments with which it works. Showing the offices is good, giving ideas of cultural places and activities in the capital is even better, but recently, a video posted on the services offered by Talent Developer made the counters explode!
