Restaurant assistant manager in Paris
Duration: 6 months
Where: Paris 3th
Language level: french (minimum B1 if foreign), English level B2 and a third language would be a plus
Gratification: legal internship
Advantages: 50% of transportation fees (metro card), 1 staff meal during working hours, 2 non-consecutive days off and split shifts schedules probable (work breaks between shifts)

Your duties
- Optimise customer satisfaction through your friendly attitude, willingness, and diligent presence in the field.
- Enforce HACCP standards
- Manage comments and complaints from your customers.
- Recruit, train, build, and motivate your staff.
- Guarantee the success of your department: Be familiar with and comment on financial results, make adjustments and a plan of action in order to optimise revenue.
- Prepare the department’s budget
- Monitor costs
- Select suppliers, monitor supplies, and manage inventory.
- Increase revenue.
- Monitor and implement new work processes, in order to ensure continuous quality but also operational efficiency.
